Please note: These are the last posting dates given by Royal Mail, which are out of our control. We cannot guarantee that your orders will be there by Christmas, as this depends on the delivery service and their schedules, which are extremely busy at this time of the year. If you want a tracked, next-day service that is guaranteed to get there before the big day, please call us to discuss Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We are a family business, and all processing is done by just 3 people. We have been working hard all year, and non-stop this Christmas time. We need a break too! So, orders placed after 12 noon on Fri 22nd will not be posted until after Christmas.
We are completely closed from 22-29th December, and only urgent requests from the 30th-3rd January. This gives us time to spend as a family, to prepare our New Year sale, and to do a stock take. We hope you understand!
Returns
Any returns follow our usual policy, but will be extended to 30th January. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.
