Roost Nest Pocket
This ingenious nester doubles up as a nest box or roosting place for small birds. Robins and wagtails naturally prefer an open-fronted nest. The small ledge at the front acts as a landing perch. The pocket also acts as a safe, cosy roosting spot for small birds to shelter away from cold winds. The slightly overhanging ledge over the opening acts to keep rain out of the pocket
The roost pocket is constructed of a sturdy inner frame covered by a natural brushwood covering. There are two metal loops at the back to allow the roost pocket to be attached to a tree or hedge.
