
Very good packaging. Unfortunately after a week strawberry seeds have still not sprouted. Herbs also not sprouted. Only 1 out of the 6 pots has begun coming through. Have not planted the sunflowers yet.
Hi Maame, Thanks for your review. Strawberries do take a fair bit longer to germinate, up to 4 weeks. Keep them warm and damp and they should germinate soon. Please let us know how you get on

Nice little kit, easy to start. Just waiting for shoots to grow, but a great idea to teach kids about gardening and growing your on vegetables.

My grandchildren loved it and they are now developing green fingers!!

The kits were very easy to do. Both my 5yo and 2yo were able to do them and enjoyed the process. The pumpkins have grown lovely and have been replanted in our garden. However the Cherry Nasturtiums have not grown, with the exception of one seed? They have been treated exactly the same but only the one has grown, albeit, very nicely. My little boy is a bit sad that his haven’t grown as well as his brothers.
Thanks for your reivew. I'm glad your sunflowers are growing really well. Hopefully you saw our email explaining that nasturtiums take up to 3 weeks to germinate. However, if they don't germinate after that time, give us an email and we'd be happy to help :)

**9/2/21 - Royal Mail are experiencing some long delays due to the number of online orders they're processing over lockdown. We are still dispatching 99% of our orders with 24 hours, but RM are taking a little longer than 3 working days to deliver. Please bear this in mind when ordering for a deadline - we recommend using UPS Tracked for speedy and tracked delivery**
Delivery
Standard delivery charges are:£3.20 for all orders under £39.99
Free for orders over £40
UPS Tracked for £7 (not available for some postcodes or products)
Some products (thin books, seeds, Xmas trees etc) can be sent as a large letter, which costs less. If it's possible to be sent as a large letter, then this will be calculated at checkout and cost £1.10. If we can send it for less than you paid, we will refund you.
Delivery time for most products is 48 hours from dispatch, which we aim to be the next working day from your order.
We strongly believe that it is our duty to reduce our environmental impact wherever we can. Therefore, we re-use delivery boxes when appropriate. Don't be alarmed if the box has branding from other companies on it: it will have been carefully packed and have our 'Gardening for Kids' sticker on it.
For most products we use Royal Mail, but occasionally we may use UPS or another carrier. Delivery to remote UK areas including the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly may cost more, depending on the weight of the parcel. Delivery to these areas may also take longer than usual.
Returns
If you change your mind or are unhappy with an item you have bought, then you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. This will be extended after Christmas until 14th January.
Email us at info@gardeningforkids.co.uk or call on 01799 584434 and we'll get back to you with the details. We ask that you cover the return postage and let us know why the item is being returned. This may help us better understand your needs in future. If the item is faulty then let us know. We will cover return postage in this case.
Perishable goods cannot be returned, nor items that have signs of wear or damage. We do not accept responsibility for any seeds or seed kits purchased from us that do not germinate, and we cannot offer refunds based on this. However, please let us know if you are unhappy and we'll see what we can do!
Once your return is received we notify you by email. If all is OK, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
