This is your chance to bring the magic of butterfly metamorphosis into your home! Watch your caterpillars grow into beautiful, Painted Lady butterflies in front of your eyes!

How it works:
Each pack contains a collapsible, reusable butterfly habitat and a voucher.
When you are ready, during the summer months (March to mid September), send the voucher away. In a few days you will receive 3-5 live caterpillars with food to last them until they turn into butterflies.  Watch the development of the caterpillars through to live butterflies.  Keep the butterflies in the mesh habitat for a couple of days to study and enjoy them, then release your adult butterflies into the wild.

Age 4+

Painted Lady butterflies are native to the UK, so have no problem being released here.
