FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is my parcel?

When your order is dispatched, we attach a Royal Mail tracking number to your dispatch email. Royal Mail occasionally deliver to the wrong house - please double check the tracking picture and with your neighbours. 

How long does delivery take?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard delivery: they aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. If you need quicker than this, please select express delivery, which will usually be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Can I return my items?

You are welcome to return any items within 14 days of their delivery. However, unless the item is broken or faulty, we cannot pay for return postage. All returned items should be in mint condition. See our returns policy here.
