Children's Garden Hand Tool Set Insects

When I received the item it had not been properly bubble wrapped so the top of the packaging - the green section where the logo is - was crumpled; I ordered this for a gift. That was fine, I rewrapped it with my own bubble wrap but I didn't notice until the gift was unwrapped that there is a fault on the ladybird tool; the rake was not joined to the ferrule properly and was left unpainted. I was mortified since this was a gift for my best friend's son. He did enjoy the tools and the handles are the correct size for his toddler hands. But all orders need to be QC checked before being sent out, that is a basic requirement.

Bought for 3yr old granddaughter’s birthday. They look very cute but also seem very sturdy. Looking forward to many hours of gardening.
