Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from us, but we know that sometimes a product is not right for you. 

If you change your mind or are unhappy with an item you have bought, then you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging (ie resaleable). We ask that you cover the return postage.

Email us at hello@gardeningforkids.co.uk and we'll get back to you with the details. We ask that you cover the return postage and let us know why the item is being returned. This may help us better understand your needs in future. If the item is faulty then let us know. We will cover return postage in this case.

Perishable goods cannot be returned, nor items that have signs of wear or damage. We do not accept responsibility for any seeds or seed kits purchased from us that do not germinate, and we cannot offer refunds based on this. However, please let us know if you are unhappy and we'll see what we can do!

Once your return is received we notify you by email. If all is OK, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
