Grow some Mighty Microgreens with this all-in-one growing kit!   This friendly bee character will look like it's sprouting hair!  The 'hair' is actually small kale plant or cress shoots -  packed full of vitamins and minerals with a mild, sweet flavour.

Kale shoots and cress are so easy to grow and can be sown and harvested on a windowsill all year round.  Add some to salads or in a sandwich or wrap.   You can sow a few seeds outside in the spring and summer and let them grow into mature leaves which are delicious as steamed vegetables.
